STACEY
LOEW:
(Founder/Producer/Vice
President/Business
Manager)
~
To
say
that
Stacey
is
passionate
about
theatre
would
be
an
understatement
–
her
involvement
has
spanned
nearly
50
years!
From
dancer
to
actress,
and
then
in
2009,
co-founding
her
own
theatre
company
with
Jeff
Lowe,
she
has
definitely
found
her
niche!
Stacey
is
a
Theatre
Arts
Major
from
Cal
State
Northridge
where
she
studied
acting
under,
star
of
movies
and
television,
Kurtwood
Smith
.
Stacey
has
been
a
member
of
the
Solano
Arts
Consortium,
the
Vallejo
Music
Theatre
Board
of
Directors,
and
the
Mira
Theatre
Guild
,
where
she
served
as
President
for
three
years.
Wishing
to
see
the
Arts
of
all
kinds
flourish
in
Vallejo,
Stacey
sought
out
and
was
appointed
commissioner
on
the
Vallejo
Commission
on
Culture
and
the
Arts
,
where
she
will
serve
until
2023.
Still,
acting
and
costuming
are
her
first
loves.
Stacey
is
winner
of
four
Arty
Awards
for
acting
(Butterflies
are
Free,
Resistance,
Death
of
a
Salesman,
and
Bell,
Book
&
Candle)
and
2
for
costuming
(Banyan
and
The
Importance
of
Being
Earnest.)
Comedy
is
her
favorite,
but
Stacey
is
just
as
comfortable
in
a
great
dramatic
role
and
although
she
usually
leaves
the
singing
to
her
partner,
Jeff,
Stacey would jump at playing “Grandma” again in the Addams Family Musical or to reprise her role as, “Aunt Eller,” in Oklahoma!
